Ingredients
- 2 pounds New York Style Sausage Company Mild Italian Sausage
- 1 pound thick cut bacon
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped finely
- 1 bunch celery, cleaned, trimmed and chopped finely
- 10 carrots, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 10 small gold potatoes, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 (32 oz) box of chicken broth
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
